for takbe Players

These Terms & Conditions ("Terms") constitute a legally binding agreement between you ("the Player", "you", "your") and takbe ("takbe", "we", "us", "our"), governing your access to and use of the takbe online gaming platform available at takbe.app and all associated sub-domains, mobile applications, and services.

By registering an account, accessing the platform, or placing any wager, you confirm that you have read these Terms in full, that you understand them, and that you agree to be legally bound by them. If you do not agree with any part of these Terms, you must immediately cease using the takbe platform.

takbe reserves the right to amend, update, or replace any part of these Terms at any time. Where changes are material, we will provide reasonable notice to registered players via email or an on-platform notification. Continued use of the platform following the publication of updated Terms constitutes acceptance of those changes. It is your responsibility to review these Terms periodically.

These Terms should be read alongside the takbe Privacy Policy and Responsible Gaming Policy, which form part of the overall agreement between you and takbe. In the event of a conflict between these Terms and any other document, these Terms shall take precedence unless explicitly stated otherwise.

takbe operates as an entertainment platform offering online casino games and sports betting services. All activities on the platform are intended for entertainment purposes only. Gambling involves financial risk, and takbe strongly encourages all players to gamble only with funds they can afford to lose.

Access to the takbe platform is restricted to individuals who meet all of the following eligibility criteria at the time of registration and throughout their continued use of the platform:

• You are at least 18 years of age. takbe is strictly an adults-only platform. Players under the age of 18 are not permitted to register, deposit funds, or participate in any game or betting market.
• You are accessing the platform voluntarily and in a personal capacity, not on behalf of any third party or corporate entity.
• You are not self-excluded from takbe or any other gambling platform under an active self-exclusion agreement.
• You are not acting as an agent for, or with funds belonging to, any other person.
• You understand that gambling involves financial risk and accept full personal responsibility for any losses incurred on the platform.

Players found to have provided false information regarding their age will have their account permanently closed, all winnings will be forfeited, and any deposited funds will be returned to the original payment method after deducting applicable processing fees. takbe may also report such instances to relevant authorities where required by applicable law.

Parents and guardians are responsible for ensuring that minors in their care do not gain access to takbe or any other online gambling service. takbe supports responsible parental controls and recommends the use of internet filtering tools where households include minors.

To access the full range of services on takbe — including depositing funds, placing wagers, and requesting withdrawals — you must create a registered player account. The registration process requires you to provide accurate, complete, and current information including your full legal name, date of birth, mobile number, and a valid email address.

One Account Policy: Each individual player is permitted to hold one active account on the takbe platform at any given time. The creation of multiple accounts by the same individual — whether using the same or different personal details, payment methods, or devices — is strictly prohibited. Where duplicate accounts are identified, takbe reserves the right to close all associated accounts without notice and to forfeit any balances or pending withdrawals held across those accounts.

takbe reserves the right to carry out Know Your Customer (KYC) verification at any point during the account lifecycle. KYC verification may require submission of a government-issued photo ID (National ID Card or passport), proof of address, and proof of payment method ownership. Failure to complete KYC verification within a reasonable timeframe may result in the temporary suspension of withdrawal functionality on your account.

All information provided during registration and throughout the account lifecycle must be truthful and accurate. takbe reserves the right to request updated documentation at any time and to close accounts where information is found to be false, misleading, or incomplete.

Account registration is free of charge. takbe does not charge any fee for creating, maintaining, or closing a player account.

All financial transactions on the takbe platform are conducted in Bangladeshi Taka (BDT). takbe supports the following deposit and withdrawal methods for players based in Bangladesh:

• Mobile Financial Services: bKash, Nagad, Rocket (Dutch-Bangla Bank), Upay
• Bank Transfer: BRAC Bank, City Bank, Islami Bank, Sonali Bank, Dutch-Bangla Bank

Deposits: Deposits made via bKash, Nagad, Rocket, and Upay are credited to your takbe account balance instantly upon confirmation from the payment provider. Minimum deposit amount is ৳200. Maximum single deposit limits apply and are displayed within the cashier section of your account at the time of transaction.

Withdrawals: Withdrawal requests are processed during standard operating hours (Bangladesh Standard Time, UTC+6). Mobile wallet withdrawals via bKash, Nagad, Rocket, and Upay are typically completed within 30 minutes of approval. Bank transfer withdrawals are typically completed within 3–6 hours. Processing times may vary during periods of high demand, public holidays, or scheduled maintenance windows.

takbe does not apply processing fees to standard deposits or withdrawals. However, your payment provider may apply their own fees or limits — these are outside takbe's control and are governed by your agreement with that provider.

All withdrawal requests are subject to standard KYC verification. Accounts that have not completed identity verification may experience delays in withdrawal processing. takbe reserves the right to withhold withdrawal processing pending the satisfactory completion of any outstanding verification requirements.

takbe offers a range of promotional bonuses to new and existing players from time to time. These may include welcome deposit bonuses, free spins, reload bonuses, cashback offers, and seasonal promotions tied to events such as BPL, IPL, T20 World Cup, Eid, and Pohela Boishakh.

All bonus offers are subject to the following general conditions unless the specific promotion's terms state otherwise:

• Bonuses are available to eligible registered players only. New player welcome bonuses are available once per household, per device, and per IP address.
• All bonuses carry a wagering requirement that must be met before any bonus-derived winnings can be withdrawn. The applicable wagering multiplier is stated clearly on the promotion page before the bonus is accepted.
• Bonus funds and any winnings generated from bonus funds are separate from your real-money balance until wagering requirements are fulfilled.
• Bonuses have an expiry period. Unmet wagering requirements after the expiry date result in the forfeiture of the bonus and any associated winnings. Expiry dates are stated on each individual promotion.
• takbe reserves the right to modify or withdraw any promotional offer at any time. Where an active bonus is withdrawn, any wagering progress already made by the player will be honoured up to the point of withdrawal.
• Bonuses are intended for recreational play. Any strategy deemed by takbe to constitute systematic bonus abuse — including but not limited to low-risk wagering patterns, match betting, or use of automated systems to meet wagering requirements — may result in the cancellation of the bonus, forfeiture of associated winnings, and review of the player's account.

As a registered player on the takbe platform, you agree to use the platform solely for lawful, personal entertainment purposes. You agree not to engage in any of the following prohibited activities:

• Fraud and Misrepresentation: Providing false registration information, impersonating another person, or misrepresenting your identity, age, or location.
• Collusion: Coordinating with other players to gain an unfair advantage in any game or betting market, including but not limited to poker chip dumping, match fixing, or coordinated live betting strategies.
• Use of Automated Systems: Deploying bots, scripts, automated clicking tools, or any other software designed to interact with the platform in a non-human manner, generate automatic bets, or exploit game mechanics.
• Bonus Abuse: Exploiting promotional offers through systematic low-risk wagering, use of multiple accounts, or any method that falls outside the spirit of the promotion.
• Hacking and Interference: Attempting to access, probe, or disrupt any part of the takbe infrastructure, servers, databases, or source code by any means.
• Money Laundering: Using the platform for the purpose of laundering, concealing, or transferring funds obtained through unlawful activity.
• Third-Party Play: Allowing any other person to access or use your account, play on your behalf, or manage your account activity.

takbe employs active monitoring technology to detect prohibited behaviour. Where a violation is confirmed or strongly suspected, takbe reserves the right to immediately suspend or permanently close the account, withhold any pending withdrawals, and forfeit any remaining balance pending investigation. takbe will cooperate fully with law enforcement authorities in cases involving criminal activity.

You are also responsible for ensuring that your use of the platform complies with all applicable laws in your jurisdiction. takbe does not provide legal advice, and it is your responsibility to understand and comply with the laws of your location before participating in any real-money activity on the platform.

takbe is committed to promoting responsible gambling practices across all areas of the platform. We believe that gambling should remain an enjoyable form of entertainment, and we take active steps to prevent gambling from becoming harmful to any player.

Every registered player on takbe has access to the following responsible gaming tools directly from their account settings:

• Deposit Limits: Set daily, weekly, or monthly limits on the amount that can be deposited to your account. Limits take effect immediately and can be reduced at any time. Requests to increase a limit are subject to a 7-day cooling-off period before taking effect.
• Session Time Reminders: Set time alerts that notify you of how long you have been playing in a single session. These reminders help maintain awareness of time spent on the platform.
• Reality Check Pop-ups: At regular intervals that you define, the platform will pause gameplay and display a summary of your session activity — time spent, net result, and number of rounds played.
• Cooling-Off Periods: Temporarily suspend your account for a defined period ranging from 24 hours to 30 days. During a cooling-off period, you cannot log in, deposit, or place wagers. The cooling-off period cannot be reversed once activated.
• Self-Exclusion: Permanently close your account and block any future re-registration using the same identity details. Self-exclusion is a serious and irreversible step intended for players who believe they have lost control of their gambling behaviour. Once activated, self-exclusion cannot be reversed for a minimum period of 6 months.

takbe strictly prohibits the creation of accounts by individuals who are currently subject to a self-exclusion agreement on any gambling platform. If a self-excluded player registers on takbe, they should contact our support team immediately so that the account can be closed and the situation handled appropriately.

Closure by the Player: You may request the closure of your takbe account at any time by contacting our support team via live chat or email. Account closure requests are processed within 24 hours. Any remaining balance in your account at the time of closure will be returned to your most recently used withdrawal method, subject to standard verification requirements.

Closure by takbe: takbe reserves the right to suspend or permanently close any player account without prior notice under the following circumstances:

• Confirmed or suspected breach of these Terms & Conditions
• Provision of false, misleading, or incomplete registration information
• Failure to complete required KYC verification within a reasonable timeframe
• Suspected money laundering, fraud, or other criminal activity
• Confirmed use of prohibited automated betting software or collusion
• Repeated creation of accounts in violation of the one-account policy
• Any other conduct that takbe reasonably considers to be harmful to the integrity of the platform or other players

Where an account is closed by takbe due to a confirmed Terms violation, any remaining balance may be withheld pending investigation. In cases involving suspected criminal activity, takbe will cooperate fully with relevant authorities, which may include the disclosure of account information and transaction records.

Following account closure — whether initiated by you or by takbe — you are prohibited from creating a new account without explicit written permission from takbe. Players who have activated permanent self-exclusion are permanently prohibited from re-registering and will be identified and closed if any new registration attempt is made using matching identity details.
